Thank you for shopping at Ukkei. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
Order Processing
We roast your coffee after receiving your order to ensure the highest quality. We aim to dispatch orders within three working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM on Fridays may be shipped the following Monday.
London Local Pick-up
Free shipping may be tempting, but the carbon emissions come at a cost to our future.
To promote sustainability, we offer a discounted price on our coffee for customers who choose our pick-up service. Our pick-up point is located in Brixton, London.
Apply coupon code PICKUP at checkout for £3 off, then leave your preferred pick-up date and time in the 'Order Comments' section, and we'll confirm the details with you.
UK Customers
Enjoy FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping within the UK. You can also choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 24 Signature at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, but may take longer. Please contact us for alternative shipping options.
International Customers
We offer worldwide shipping via UPS. Shipping costs vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Please note that prices may change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges.
For customs and tax information, please contact the customs office in your destination country, as we are not responsible for these charges.
International UPS shipments typically arrive within 3-6 working days, depending on the location. Please refer to UPS’s website for further information on international services:

Damages
Ukkei is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ukkei.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
